1. Handheld fiber laser cleaner features

2. Swing mode

The handheld fiber laser cleaner has eight swing graphic cleaning modes: Straight line/rectangle/ellipse/wave/petal/spiral/grid/8-shaped, X/Y dual-axis swing, adjustable swing amplitude: 0~50mm (width), cleaner cleaning, and more applicable scenarios.

3. Advantages

  • The built-in scanning galvanometer controls the light spot to move at high speed, which is convenient for cleaning special-shaped parts, holes, grooves and other corners that are difficult to reach by traditional cleaning methods;
  • It has safety protection measures such as double-layer protective mirror, temperature monitoring, motor disconnection alarm, laser status monitoring, etc.;
  • The laser adopts non-abrasive and non-contact cleaning methods. Short-term impact will not heat the metal surface and will not damage the substrate.
  • The handheld fiber laser cleaner is small in size and light in weight, which is easy to integrate into handheld devices, improving the portability of the equipment.

4. Application fields

It is mainly used for laser cleaning and surface laser pretreatment of metal surfaces such as molds, metal products, ships, automobiles, medical equipment, sheet metal/spraying. Laser cleaning of oil stains and oxide layers on the surface of metal materials before welding can significantly improve welding quality and weld firmness.
