Customer visit
The customer planned to purchase laser welding machines for his business development at the beginning of the year. He learned about UMW through Facebook and had a preliminary understanding of the company, so he contacted us and planned to visit the UMW factory. The staff provided them with a warm welcome and detailed introduction. Then, our technical team showed the customer the working principle and application scenarios of the laser welding machine, emphasizing the unique advantages of our products.
UMW cold water laser welding machines
1. Four-in-one Function
Welding, cutting (cutting 2mm thin plates), weld cleaning, remote cleaning (rust);
- Welding: Laser welding can achieve micron-level welding accuracy, suitable for welding of complex shapes and small parts, and ensure welding quality;
- Cutting function: Software selects cutting mode + replaces nozzles suitable for cutting;
- Weld cleaning function: remove the extension tube, replace the weld cleaning tube, select the weld cleaning mode on the software, the weld cleaning width can be adjusted: 0-10mm;
- Remote cleaning: replace the focusing lens + cleaning component, select the remote cleaning mode in the system;

- Laser Laser Source (the source of the laser)
MAX standard, power range: 1000W, 1500W, 2000W, 3000W (power 10%-100% adjustable), laser service life: 100,000 hours; Warranty: 2 years;
- Welding system
Welding gun head, display screen, control motherboard, brands include Raytools, Relfar, and Gefasst. The advantages of the single pendulum motor are strong stability, concentrated spot, strong penetration, and deep penetration. The function is to control the deflection of the beam; currently supports 22 languages.
- Wire feeder
UMW customized, function: beautiful; welding wider welds, more solid. Single wire feeder load (weight of wire reel) 20kg, wire feeder net weight 9.2kg, language: Chinese and English, welding wire size: 0.8/1.0/1.2/1.6mm.
- Chiller
UMW customized, Function of chiller: cooling laser and welding head, Cooling medium of chiller: Freon/environmentally friendly refrigerant (some European countries have higher environmental protection requirements), cannot be recycled.
Environmentally friendly refrigerant R410A is generally used. If there is a model requirement, please make a clear note when placing an order; send by air, and make a note to release fluorine when placing an order. Chiller needs to add purified water/distilled water/countries with temperature below 0° need to prepare antifreeze (recommended for laser use). Add water to the yellow and green position of the scale and replace it every 1-2 months.
